老人安養問題已經成為開發國家社會福利政策重視的一環,為了降低安養成本以及提昇安養水準,越來越多的安養機構選擇引入感應器來協助監測病人健康情形。感應器的引入也使得居家看護變為可能。就長期看護以及遠端看護觀點而言,非侵入式感應器所得到的資訊常隱匿疾病發生的警訊。相較於侵入式感應器而言,非侵入式感應器建置成本較為便宜並且高齡者較難察覺監測的行為。然目前大部分學者對於醫學預測方面的研究只針對侵入式感應器所收集到病人失效狀態變化建立、建構短期預測監測模式。本研究主要是提出一個適用於非侵入式感應器資料的中長期健康預測模式,找出高齡者行為模式變化關係,並且找出健康狀態與行為模式變化的規則,以提供未來遠端居家健康監測使用。
The problem of senior care has become an important issue of social welfare policy in developed countries. In order to reduce cost and increase the quality of senior care, more and more institutions choose to use sensors to help monitoring health condition of patients. Using sensors make home care of the elderly easier to achieve. From the long term and long distance senior care point of view, the information obtained by noninvasive sensors usually hides alerts which represent illness. Unlike invasive sensors, the installation cost of noninvasive sensors is cheaper. It''s harder to monitor the behavior of the elderly. However, most scholars only establish short term monitor mode when receiving illness data from invasive sensor. This research proposes a suitable way for detecting health condition of the elderly via noninvasive sensor to provide remote monitor home care in the future.
