支援多種付款機制與公平交易之電子交易系統

摘要


電子交易系統一直是近年來電子商務方面研究中重要的一環,電子商務帶給人類便利的商務環境,但是電子商務的發展卻不能只以便利取勝,消費者對於電子商務環境是否信任是推動發展的重要因素,應用密碼學的理論來保障電子商務的安全性正是說服消費者參與的最大利器。 單就一般消費行為而言,電子商務雖然提供了消費者便利的消費環境,但是卻也帶來一些傳統式購物環境不容易發生的問題,消費者和商店互相欺騙在傳統式面對面的消費環境不容易發生,但是在電子交易系統的有限規範下,卻很容易讓有心人得到非法的利益,如何同時去保護消費者和商店的權益是很重要的問題。 本論文提出一電子交易系統,除了以安全性為最重要的考量外,並能支援多種付款機制,使得消費者可以利用不同的付款方式消費,同時,亦提出保障公平交易的機制,可以同時確保消費者及商店利益不受侵害。在實作方面,藉由此電子交易系統的架構所實作出來的系統預計可以首先適用於小區域型的商務環境,配合整體資訊環境的成熟,將可適用於大型區域交易。

Electronic transaction system is one of the most important topics in electronic commerce. A good electronic transaction system not only should care about the system security, but also should care about the system convenience and fairness. More and more electronic transaction systems are proposed in recent years. In general case, one system provides only one kind of payment instruments, but customer often feels inconvenient to use such a system. The inconvenience is a question that delays the development of electronic commerce. Beside this, how to protect both customer's and merchant's advantages is also a serious problem that we must address on. In this paper, we propose a secure electronic transaction system supporting multiple payment instruments and fair exchange. By supporting EFT, credit card and electronic cash payment instruments, this transaction system can make customer feel more convenient. And by supporting active fair exchange, it can protect both customer and merchant from loss.
