光學讀取頭中全像型微型光件之設計研究

摘要


本論文的研究是應用於DVD(Digital Versatile Disc)全像型光學讀取頭作為改善設計對象,主要目的是希望能藉由設計之微小光學元件所組成的全像型讀取頭模組,來取代傳統讀取頭光學系統的複雜性,以減少光學元件並縮小光學頭體積,而最終目的是期望在同一時間上能增加光學讀取頭之讀取容量,即光碟片上multi-track資料,因此除了設計整個光學讀取頭外,並設計了多光束相位形光柵即可增加一次所讀取的速度,而經反應離子蝕刻(RIE,reactive ion etching)方式蝕刻後之微型光件及組裝,實驗後分析結果,可以符合此項要求。

This study for multiple-beam phase grating can be improved the performance of DVD pickup without changing driving the speed of original motor. The design for Dammann grating, a symmetric binary phase grating with seven diffraction beams, will be integrated with the HOE module and used in DVD pickup head. The microstructure of the grating built on the substrate of BK-7 is implemented by the reactive ion etching (RIE) technique. From measurement, it shows that the designed grating is expected.
