散熱模組産業廠商營運績效比較之研究

摘要

由於電腦的運算速度越來越快，因此不論是桌上型電腦( Desk Top PC)或是筆記本型電腦(Note Book)的心臟中樞—處理器(CPU)的開發已為今日電腦產業的重要工作，然CPU的開發除了內部軟硬體的精進升級外，溫度的控制，亦影響了CPU的可靠度與穩定性，因而成為CPU開發成功與否的一項關鍵因素。散熱器(CPU Cooler) 對CPU的重要性.由於電腦的運算速度越來越快，人們使用電腦的時間越來越長，CPU也產生的溫度當然也是越來越高。當CPU的高溫在可被接受範圍內，或可以以本身內部散熱降溫，以維持在可接受的溫度值內，一切的溫升問題就不會發生。否則，就必須以外在特殊設計的零組件降低CPU的溫升，以維持CPU的高溫在可被接受的數值範圍內，使電腦的一切運作正常。本論文是藉由散熱模組廠商營運績效之比較，經由不同的研究方法，來深入了解此産業之現狀。

With the improvement of the calculation speed of the computer, the R & D of CPU for desktop PCs and notebooks has been of vital importance for the computer industry. However, on top of the upgrade of the software, the control of heat affects the reliability and stability of CPU, and thus becomes a key factor in developing satisfying CPU.
The faster the calculation speed is, the more important the CPU Cooler for CPU. Because the longer the computer is being used, the hotter the CPU. If the heat is within the acceptable extent, or the CPU itself can cool down to acceptable temperature, the heating problems will not arise. Otherwise, to keep the computer running normally, a specifically-designed external component is needed to cool down CPU to an acceptable extent.
Based on the operation performance comparison of the thermal module industry suppliers and through the application of different research approaches, this thesis is to have an in-depth comprehension of this industry.
