本篇論文中,以無線整合多重接取(WIMA)協定為基礎,研究發展多媒體服務行動通訊系統之多重接取協定。於第二代行動通訊中,將時槽式ALOHA協定應用於競爭式可移動邊界無線整合多重接取(contention-based MBWIMA)協定,推導出此多重接取協定於雷式(Rayleigh)以及對數常態(lognormal)衰減環境下之語音阻礙機率和平均資料包封延遲。應用模糊邏輯控制設計於第三代行動通訊UMTS系統UTRA TDD模式下之可移動式無線整合多重接取(MBWIMA)協定,這樣的應用不但可整合傳輸語音、影像和資料,並且選擇適當的最大語音/影像時槽來降低語音影像阻礙機率。除此之外,論文中還加入多重接取干擾(multiple access interference, MAI)對此多重接取協定之影響。為了要達到可以同時控制最大語音/影像時槽以及使用最適當之資料傳輸率,本論文提出以串接式模糊邏輯控制為基礎於UMTS系統UTRA TDD模式之可移動式無線整合多重接取(MBWIMA/UMTS)協定,同樣地,在此種協定中,論文仍然也討論單細胞/多細胞之多重接取干擾的影響。最後,應用空間多重接取(SDMA)於UTRA TDD模式之UMTS可移動式無線整合多重接取協定來增加通訊容量。在此篇論文中,將利用模擬結果來討論其性能表現,並且與應用於UMTS訊框架構之整合封包無線電服務(GPRS)協定以及其他多重接接取協進行定性能比較。
In this dissertation, the multimedia service multiple access protocols of the mobile networks are studied on the basis of the Wireless Integrated Multiple Access (WIMA) protocol. For the second-generation (2G) mobile radio system, the voice dropping probability and the expected data packet delay of the con-tention-based movable boundary WIMA (MBWIMA) protocol using slotted ALOHA protocol are derived and simulated in Rayleigh and lognormal fading environments. The MBWIMA in UMTS (MBWIMA/UMTS) protocol based on fuzzy logic control (FLC) is proposed in UTRA TDD mode for integrated video/voice/data services. The FLC selects the suitable maximum voice/video slots to lower the voice-video dropping probability. The effects of different data packet rates and multiple access interference (MAI) on the protocols are also considered. The cascade FLC (CFLC) is applied for MBWIMA/UMTS protocol to generate the proper maximum number of voice/video slots and the suitable data rate. Finally, for more capacity, the space division multiple access (SDMA) scheduling is applied for the CFLC-based MBWIMA/UMTS protocol. The per-formance of the proposed protocol is simulated and compared with a General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) protocol and other multiple access protocols in UMTS TDD mode.
