摘要

隨著網際網路和全球資訊網的蓬勃發展，網路憑藉著無遠弗屆的特性，融入了現代人的生活，就連人類專有的商務行為也躍然成為網際網路的未來重要發展。有鑑於電子商務的盛行，將會在眾多網路行為中扮演重要的角色，故其中的行為制定可以說是很重要的。虛擬的商務其實也像現實生活中的商務一樣，需要雙方的信任、共通的語言、相互認同的交易手續、共同的價值觀，沒有了這些，是無法達成商務行為的。
本論文的研究是針對電子商務做一個其資料格式與觀念上的改革。結合了 Extensible Markup Language (XML) 的自我描述和統一格式的優點和 Open Financial Exchange (OFX) 的電子金融資料格式協定，以全球資訊網為其背景，運用其兩者的優點，試圖為未來電子商務的架構構思一個新的形態及觀念。

Depend on fast development of Internet and World Wide Web, internet had already be a part of moderm people life, even business that only belong to human being become important development on the internet. Because of popular using of electronic commerce, it will be a important role of numerous internet behaviors and how to formulate behaviors becomes very important for the goal. Virtual commerce is exactly like commerce in real world, it needs trust between both sides、applicable language to both or all、the common-identification transaction、common value concept, without these features, commerce can not be achieved.
The research is for revolution of data type and concept of electronic commerce. It combines with the self-describe、unified form advantages of Extensible Markup Language (XML) and electronic financial data protocol of Open Financial Exchange (OFX) to provide a new style and concept of future electronic commerce architecture on the World Wide Web.
