臺灣資訊服務業---經營之成功關鍵要素探討 學生:劉得欣 指導教授 : 許士軍教授 元智大學管理研究所 摘 要 臺灣資訊硬體工業至1996年產值已成為全球第三大 ,而統稱為資訊服務業的軟體業則一直未有理想的表現。因此如何提昇我國軟體產業的競爭力是個重要議題。 本研究首先藉由文獻探討,瞭解台灣目前資訊服務業之現況,及影響績效的相關性活動。軟體產品與服務依軟體產業的演進有三個不同的產業區隔逐漸形成:專業軟體服務、商業應用軟體和大眾化軟體。針對不同纇型選出受訪的三家軟體公司做為範例,採取較為整體性的研究架構來探討個案公司的發展及其經營管理。主要發現有:(1)新產品創新發展能力、(2)集中化策略、(3)強調工作人力的技術與知識、(4)使用者口碑的建立與使用、(5)強烈企業文化(6)策略聯盟為資訊服務業共同的關鍵成功因素。但在程度上因公司與產業的不同其重視程度還是有所差異。 國內許多由專案服務轉型到套裝軟體的廠商,在轉型階段更應注意到轉型前後關鍵因素的差異,而對內部資源的配置有所調整,以提昇經營績效,進而促進國內資訊服務業整體之發展。
A STUDY ON CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS OF SOFTWARE INDUSTRY IN TAIWAN Student : Liu De-Shin Advisor: Paul S. C. HSC Institute of management Yuan - Ze University ABSTRACT The computer hardware industry volume of Taiwan is No.3 in worldwide ranking. But the computer software industry is still not achieve ideal performance. Therefore, how to enhance the competitive capability of our software industry becomes a very importance issue, If Taiwan hopes to move forward. This study is to find out current status of Taiwan’s software industry and performance related activities for software firms . The study is to explore the process of those sample firms’ development and its related management by using a holistic approach. The preliminary findings about software firms of the key success factors include : (1) new product developing ability (2) focus strategy (3) technical knowledge of manpower (4) user’s comment (5) organizational culture (6) selecting among strategic alternatives. Many Taiwan’s computer software firms are switching to package software developing. It is important to pay more attention to the critical success factors of package software.
