摘要


排課---對學校教務的排課人員而言,是每一個學期都需處理的工作。在大專院校電腦化的作業轉型中,排課系統一直無法發揮其預期的效應,究其原因實則〝人〞的因素使之複雜化,而無法以一般制式化的規則邏輯定義。雖然市面上已有排課系統軟體的販售,但往往因各校狀況不同,花費了大筆金錢卻仍只得到半自動、大半人工化的系統軟體,更甚者仍使用人工作業排課。因此本篇論文提出以模糊理論為輔助方法,整合所有可能參考的因素,統計分析後,希望能研究設計出以"情"為出發點的可行性排課系統。 本研究主要建構在將所有限制條件整合統計分析後,建立其各自的權重期望值及訂定模糊觀念的歸屬度,將模糊理論應用在我們的排課方法上,以期能快速取得較合適的一組集合解後,再以分析比較權重期望值選擇取得較公平、並能滿足大多數老師要求的時段結果之課表。

Course scheduling is a job that a school has to deal with every semester. For the computerization of the school affairs, scheduling system has never fulfilled the expectancy that people are looking forward to. The reason for not being systematicly defined with governed ruled logic is the complication of "human factors." Although some commercial scheduling systems are available on the market, many schools, due to the different circumstances they are facing, have only gotten a half automatic, intensive-human-intervention-required scheduling system. Sofar, most schools are still adopting manual system. This thesis tries to integrate all the possible factors concerning scheduling system, make a thorough analysis, and develop a practical scheduling system which may deal with the "human factor" based on the "fuzzy logic" theory. In this thesis, after the integration of all the constraints and the statistical analysis, we first build up the individual expectancy weigh and membership degree. Next, we adopt the fuzzy logic technique on the scheduling system in the hope to get a proper solutions in a short period, and then analyze the expectancy weight to obtain a fair course schedule.
