擠製過程於雙重界面下之摩擦係數求取與驗證

摘要


隨著產品日益複雜化,單靠液體潤滑並無法有效的潤滑,所以便可採用固体或其它狀態的潤滑,於同一加工過程若採用兩種不同性質的潤滑物質,將造成雙重摩擦界面。 本研究主要目的是為了求取雙重摩擦界面上的摩擦係數,在理論模擬部分,主要是以有限元素法結合真實摩擦模式模擬擠製製程,於實驗部分,則利用不同性質的潤滑油進行擠製的實驗,期望藉由理論與實驗的結合,可求得雙重摩擦界面的摩擦係數。

In the forming processes of metal, liquid lubricants are still used in industry extensively . With the products being more and more complex, it may apply two different qualities of lubricants to a processing process. However, it will cause double friction interface problem. Therefore , it is unreasonable that if we take the whole processing interface to be a single friction interface. We have to rely on numerical operation , experiment and computer simulation to estimate the friction coefficient of the whole processing interface. The main purpose of this research is to obtain the individual friction coefficient of the double friction interface. The model combines a rigid-plasticity finite element code with realistic friction model to simulate the extrusion processes in the part of theoretical simulation . With the respect to the experiment , we use different qualities of lubricants to make double friction interface. The friction coefficient of the double friction interface can be evaluated from the combination of theory and experiment .
