半濕式積層晶片電感印刷--探討影響印刷厚度的因素

摘要


電子產品在小型化、可攜式、元件高度裝配及降低生產成本之發展趨勢下,表面粘著技術及表面粘著元件已快速發展,並且在電磁相容的考量下,電子產品的電磁干擾消除已成為電子系統設計之基本要求,因此積層電感與陶鐵磁珠應運而生。 此次的研究題目主要是藉著實際的印刷實驗,對於較不為人所注意的網目、乳膠厚度及印刷漿料的種類做探討,針對網目、乳膠厚度及印刷漿料對網版印刷的印刷厚度的影響做研究。

Owing to their thin-thickness and light-weight, chip type electronic products are developed and replace the traditional components. In this thesis, process of preparing multi-layer ceramic inductor from single-layer inductor, i.e. silver-palladium electrodes, ceramic pastes, etc., was inevestigated. Effect of mesh screen, emulsion paste, and other various kind of pastes on the printing thickness wereobserved and discussed.
