摘要

本研究從規劃的角度探討高等教育資源分配與預算規劃, 以系統化模糊理
論之觀念針對高等教育之資源分配與預算規劃所面臨的問題做一深入的研
究. 系統化以架構完整的資源分配規劃模式, 建立高等教育資源分配與預
算規劃之研究基礎; 模糊理論之導入可解決高等教育資源分配規劃在時間
上與政策上所面臨的模糊性問題, 進一步更可在模糊環境下做決策分析.

In the view point of planning,the research discuss resource
allocation and budgets planning in higher education,using
systematic method and fuzzy set theory.Systematic method can
construct a planning model of resource allocation in higher
education.The application of fuzzy set theory and fuzzy goal
programming solves the uncertainty problems of time and policy
of resource allocation in higher education and then we can make
decision in fuzzy environment,more close to the actual.
