運用射頻辨識技術於旅客行李管理之可行性研究

摘要

本研究目的是在國內航線之機場運用無線射頻辨識技術導入航空旅客行李管理，藉由RFID可抵抗惡劣環境、可重複讀寫、非接觸式、資料紀錄豐富、在有效範圍內同時讀取多個射頻辨識標籤（Tag）等特性將旅客個人基本資料、旅程、搭機編號、目的地、行李數量與重量等等相關資料裝置於機票辨識卡及旅客行李標籤內，以有效簡化航空公司票務作業、通關流程、旅客行李管理與防範不法人事從事非法活動等，以提高飛航安全。
藉由參考國外航空公司運用RFID技術執行之各項航空保安措施，擬訂一套有效之施行計畫運用於本國國內線之機場，以可行性分析之方式將RFID技術應用至國內現行機場之作業，與旅客行李之管理，期以達成航空機票電子化，將機票製成RFID機票卡，簡化現行機票之作業；將國內機場之出入管制區設置RFID閱讀器，有效監控旅客之活動並簡化進出入機場之檢查流程；於旅客行李拖運時製作一RFID之行李標籤掛貼於行李上並於檢驗各階段過程中設置RFID閱讀器，有效管理行李作業流程，減低機場人事作業之成本，並降低旅客行李遺失之機率。

The purpose of this research is to using the capability of RFID and feasibility analysis to recognize how the RFID technique can improve baggage-tracking and increase security and efficiency with airlines and at the national airports。The RFID baggage-tracking systems have the potential to reduce instances of lost luggage，as well as increase security by quickly recognizing if baggage owners never board the plane，so utilization of RFID reader and safety tags by airports and airlines will improve efficiency and reduce lost luggage，while improving security for travelers。
By setting the RFID reader in front of the X-ray machine and the Baggage Handling System to make sure the customers’ luggages are safe and reduce the losing rate 。Changing the traditional air ticket to RFID ticket to simplify the ticket management procedure and able to reduce any mistake happen in tickets, meanwhile, placing the RFID reader around the airport to prevent any illegal things for the air-travel safety 。
