應用遺傳演算法於服務系統設施細部佈置問題之研究-以醫院為例

摘要


細部佈置為全盤佈置的延續,且需考慮可用面積受限、通道出入口設計、 設施方向性、空間裕度及樑柱等因素,因此困難度更高。本研究應用模糊 集合理論的Max-Δ合成運算建立質化輸入矩陣,以標準化流量矩陣作為量 化輸入矩陣,分別給予權重成為加權輸入矩陣。本研究之模式以改良式的 多列機器佈置模式為基礎,再利用遺傳演算法發展一啟發式解法。最後, 以醫院開刀房為實例作驗證,並使用田口式實驗設計找出穩定的參數組合 。本研究之結果與現有佈置比較後,發現具有不錯的實用性。

The detailed layout is the extension of the block layout and it considers more factors than block layout such as limited available areas, aisles, exit/entrance, orientation, clearance, etc. In this study, the qualitative matrix is obtained by the Max-Δcomposition of the fuzzy sets theory, then the flow matrix is normalized to get the quantitative matrix. The weighted matrix is obtained by the weight of qualitative and quantitative matrix. A multi-rows machine layout model is modified to this detailed layout model. A heuristic approach is developed by genetic algorithm (GA) so that an acceptable solution can be obtained without being trapped in local optimum. An example of a operation room of a local hospital was illustrated. Finally, the Taguchi method is conducted to find the best combination of GA parameters. When compared with the traditional SLP method, the results show that this approach can obtain a better solution.
