本研究旨在藉由資訊科技的運用縮短在求才與求職過程中所花費的時間與金錢,並利用客觀與科學性的資料來評估所選擇職業之適當性,以降低轉業後因工作不適合或不適用的流動。本研究之研究問題是針對轉業的求職者而言,在現有電子商務運作的環境之下,轉業人力資源網應有的基礎功能為何?又轉業求職者如何運用客觀與科學性的資料來進行職業選擇,這樣的一個網站又該如何來建構? 本研究先從現行人力資源網站中,發現目前並沒有一個網站能提供轉業者在面臨職業選擇時獲得輔助,因此本研究以職業選擇理論為基礎,探討各種影響職業選擇的相關因素,而在文獻探討中本研究發現其中以工作價值觀的影響最為重要,因此本研究以工作價值觀理論為理論背景,在日漸盛行的網際網路上架設以WWW (World Wide Web)服務為基礎的職業選擇輔助系統之雛型,並結合職業資料的分析,以提供轉業求職者易於了解的求職資訊與輔助模式,作為轉業求職者職業選擇之參考。本論文詳述系統雛型之建置方法,並由台北市勞工局就業服務中心所提供之求職者先行測試,評估此系統對職業選擇輔助之影響,並提供修正之意見,供以後正式系統發展時之參考。 本研究經過相關文獻回顧、理論架構建立及雛形系統評估等過程,經整理及歸納結果,具有下列之研究發現: (1) 使用者偏好以電腦輔助來進行職業選擇 (2) 使用者對於系統所提供的結果可做為職業選擇之參考表示肯定 (3) 使用者普遍希望能有一位瞭解職業選擇的專家在旁邊協助 (4) 將職業選擇方面的輔助與工作搜尋相結合之人力資源網站尚不多見 (5) 透過互動式環境能夠進行線上即時輔導並能有效回應使用者的問題
The purpose of this thesis is relying on information technology application to cut down jobseeker and recruiter must consuming time and money. And use objectivity and scientific data to evaluate appropriate for occupation choice, to reduce not fit or not apply to occupation change after switch to another line of work. These questions of this thesis are: 1. What are base functions of the switch to another line of work existing human resource site under electronic commerce? 2. How can the switch to another line of work jobseeker utilize objectivity and scientific data to occupation choice? 3. How to build up as the site? The thesis first from present human resource site not find support the switch to another line of work jobseeker occupation choice. For this reason the research base on occupation choice theory probing into various influence factors of occupation choice. In Literature find work value is significant influence factor of occupation choice. Then base on work value theory background; build up base on World Wide Web service for occupation choice system prototyping under Internet. And merge analyze of occupation data provide the switch to another line of work jobseeker easy understand job search information and assistant model. Then be regarded as reference of occupation choice. The thesis described in detail system prototyping builds method. And by job placement service center of Taipei City department of labor provides jobseeker test for system prototyping. Evaluate the system prototyping influence of occupation choice assistant, and propose correct comment provide reference for future regular system development. After the steps of documents probe, implement theory framework and system evaluate it comes out five kind of finding. These findings are: 1. Users prefer use computer assist to process occupation choice. 2. Users approve system provide occupation choice decision reference. 3. Users hope an occupation choice professional to assist by the side. 4. Merge Occupation choice assist and job search lack of human resource site. 5. Interaction environment to process online real time guidance and assistance can immediately response questions about user.
