桃園市市民大學學員學習滿意度之調查研究

摘要

終身學習的理念近年來在世界各地蓬勃發展，桃園市辦理市民大學的基本理念是為培育現代的公民，打開公共領域，發展民脈、活化社區及重建社會，以落實「學習是文化延伸的原動力」的理念。希望藉此打開公共領域，讓民眾所學能發揮於社區、貢獻於社會，以達「終身學習」的最高目標。
因為學員學習滿意度是了解社區大學辦理成效的重要指標，而為符合學習社會需求而成立的桃園市市民大學，的確帶來學習風潮，但更重要的是如何有效的瞭解學員需求並藉此設計出適切的方案，以滿足學員需求，而此即為本研究之動機。
本調查研究蒐集顧客滿意度、學習滿意度之相關研究、資料等，以文件分析法進行分析及歸納，獲得影響學習滿意度的面向為：教師教學、課程內容、學習環境、行政支援與服務等方面，再根據上述面向，編製訪談大綱，作為研究工具。便利取樣市民大學學員共四十名為訪談對象，藉以了解學員學習的現況，經討論分析歸納後，做一綜合性結論，並根據結論提出具體建議，以供桃園市市民大學提供未來教學與服務的建議，以利永續發展。

The idea of lifetime study grows vigorously in all parts of the world in recent years, it is for cultivate the modern citizen that the Taoyuan city handles the basic idea of citizen's university, open public field, develop the people pulse, activate community and rebuild society, in order to idea that implement. Hope to open the public field by this, let the people be able to give play to learn the community, contribute, the supreme goal in order to be reached ' study all the life '.
Because it is to understand the important index of handling effect of community's university that the student studies satisfaction, and in order to accord with citizen's university of Taoyuan city studying the social demand and establishing, bring agitation of studying really, but how does it the more important thing is effective demand, student of understanding, design the appropriate scheme by this, in order to meet student's demand, and this is the motive of this research.
Relevant research, materials that originally make investigations and collect customer satisfaction, studying satisfaction, etc., analyzing and summing up with the analytic approach of the file, the ones that are influenced satisfaction of studying face: Such respects as teacher's teaching, course content, environment of studying, administration support and serving, according to face while being above-mentioned, work out the interview outline and then, as studying tools. It is convenient to take a sample the student of citizen's university amounts to 40 in order to visit dating, use to find out about the present situation of student's study, after discussing that analyzing that sums up, make a comprehensive conclusion, and propose the concrete suggestion according to the conclusion, for the citizen's university of Taoyuan city to offer the suggestions of teaching and service in the future, develop continuously forever with the profit.
