多樓層設施規劃問題乃是單樓層設施規劃問題的延伸,其需同時考慮同樓 層及不同樓層間之成對部門間的流量關係,其分析模式較為複雜。本文除 建立其評估模式外,亦嘗試以模擬退火(Simulated Annealing, SA) 演算 法加以求解,並發展一個多樓層的模擬退火佈置程式 ( Multi-Floor Layout Program-SA, MULAP-SA) 。此外, MULAP-SA 演算法並與CRAFT演 算法相比較, 結果發現MULAP-SA 演算法受起始解之影響較小,且求出之 成本大部分比 CRAFT小。文中亦對MULAP-SA之各控制參數,設定若干個水 準,然後透過實驗設計與統計分析方法,期以最小成本與時間獲得較適因 子組合,以找出較佳的解。實節驗結果顯示,初溫及部門倍數對解的品質 (成本)有顯著影響。最後,本文亦提出後續之研究方向。
The multi-floor facility planning (MFFP) problem is an extension of the single-floor problem. It requires the analysis of flow for both inter and intra floors within the building. In this research, a simulated annealing procedure for multi-floor layout program (MULAP-SA) is presented to search for the best layout for multi-floor problems. Results from an experimental analysis shows that MULAP-SA procedure performs better than CRAFT''s procedure and less affected by initial solutions. An experimental design was conducted to test control parameters (e. g. initial temperature, department size, and cooling ratio) of the MULAP-SA procedure. It is shown that the initial temperature and the size of the department can yield higher quality (lower cost) solutions. At the conclusion, further directions for research are
