摘要


持續地學習是人類能創造文明的原因之一。然而,傳統知識傳播方式 並無法滿足「隨時隨地之全時空學習」的現今教育發展趨勢。而統計 製程管制(Statistical Process Control, SPC)是沿用已久的品質管 制技術,也是當今各工商業界為確保服務與產品品質所必用的品管技 術。目前台灣工業界為打進歐美市場而必須有之ISO9000與QS系列的 品質認證,更明訂須有SPC之品質保證文件與實作。為此,也為能提 供工商界一個隨時可學的SPC知識,以及為在校學生於品質管制方面 課程的輔助教學工具,本文乃製作了一套可在WWW上執行的多媒體SPC 遠距教學系統。本系統是以經驗學習模式為基礎,輔以Visual Basic 做為瀏覽器與伺服器相互溝通的程式語言,以及在瀏覽器上的Java 與JavaScript做為即時回應之程式語言,兩者相輔構成。

Continuous learning is one of reasons for human''s creating civilization, the traditional way to diffuse knowledge, nevertheless, has not offered the environment of "learning anywhere anytime," which is the trend of education development nowadays. On the other hand, SPC (Statistical Process Control) , the major measure used to assure the quality of service and manufacturing, has been employed by industries in Taiwan to meet the mandatory requirements regulated in both ISO 9000 and QS-9000 so as that their products can be imported into markets in Europe and US. For this reason, providing a knowledge field where quality control engineers working for industries and students studying at colleges can learn SPC technique is necessary. This proposal fulfills the necessity. Proposed is a SPC distance learning system based on experienced learning models and implemented on a WWW network. The tools used to develop the system include Java and JavaScript, which the both WWW languages are complementary to response the system''s requests and inquires in real-time way.
