含鈧高強度鋁合金(Al-Zn-Mg)熱處理與顯微結構之研究

摘要


7000系鋁合金具有優異的析出強化特性,添加過渡金屬元素鈧後,能強化強度、焊接、可塑性、改善潛變阻抗等各項機械性質。本研究分為兩部分。第一部分,探討材料之固溶時效處理對含鈧高強度鋁合金擠製狀態材料的影響。第二部分,探討含鈧7000系鋁合金凝固過程之鑄造結構變化,求得各鑄造參數之影響關係式,可以此推測各鑄造條件下鑄錠之鑄造結構,進而改變鑄造之條件以得到特定鑄造結構之鑄錠。

7xxx aluminum alloys display excellent properties in precipitation hardening. After adding scandium, one of the transition metal elements, to 7xxx alloys, it could modify strength, weldability, malleability, creep resistance and other mechanical properties. This study was divided into two parts. First part of this study investigated the precipitation hardening effect on as extrused 7xxx aluminum alloys containing dilute scandium additions during solution and aging treatment. Second part of the study discussed the transform of casting structure of scandium-modified 7xxx aluminum alloys during solidification process, and got the correlation of the cast parameters. We can predict the casting structure under variant casting boundary conditions and further improve the casting boundary conditions to get the ingots of the specific casting structures.
