摘 要 本論文研究已成功的將有關工業鍋爐NOx/SOx排放量與空污費計算等環境保護的理論與實務工作,結合電子商務B2B的資訊環境與功能,發展出一套環保主題的B2B電子商務資訊管理系統,其具有以下三項重要功能: (1) 環保主題的B2B電子商務資訊管理系統之金流與資訊流,可以在4個不同的遠距機構間,隨機而且靈活的工作。 (2) 這套資訊管理系統的電腦軟體程式可以很容易的被編輯來滿足於環保工作的所有需求。 (3) 這套資訊管理系統的電腦軟體程式可以呈現4個不同的次視窗在一台電腦的單一視窗。這4個次視窗分別代表4個不同的遠距機構。本論文研究的4個遠距機構分別為工廠、銀行、環保局、與合格的NOx/SOx檢測公司。 電子商務是一種先進的資訊科技,它可以被使用來精進與加速工業鍋爐燃燒所產生的空氣污染物NOx/SOx排放量的資訊處理過程,其成果未來將被有效的使用來推動工業鍋爐NOx/SOx排放量的總量管制工作,那是可以預期的。
Abstract In this study, the theoretical and practical works of the environment protection about the computation of the NOx/SOx emission rate and the air pollution control fee of the industrial boiler are incorporated with the environments and functions of electronic commence (EC) of business to business (B2B) to develop successfully an information management system of B2B electronic commence for the environment protection purposes. The most important three functions of this information management system are (1) The money current and the information current of the B2B electronic commence can be operated randomly and flexibly among 4 different distance institutions. (2) The computer software of this information management system can be edited easily to satisfy all special requirements of the environment protection works. (3) The computer software of this information management system can present 4 sub-windows in a window of a computer. These 4 sub-windows represent 4 different distance institutions. They are respectively the factory, the bank, the environment protection agency, and the qualified NOx/SOx examination company in this study. EC is an advanced information technology (IT) which can be employed to refine and speed the executing process of the air pollutants, NOx/SOx, produced by the combustion process of the industrial boilers. It can be anticipated that the above results will be used effectively to promote the total load control of the NOx/SOx emission rate of the industrial boiler in future.
