變革模式對於變革管理成效影響分析---以台灣上市（櫃）企業為例

摘要

在產業全球化的大震盪中，所有的企業都面臨了遠超過以往的激烈競爭，若是依循原本的管理策略，不思改變就只有被淘汰，因此管理學界及實務界紛紛提出公司治理需要變革，而且唯有”變”是唯一的不變；但是應如何於這麼多的變革方式中找出最有效的變革模式，就是本研究希望能夠探討的目標。科特 (1995) “領導變革-為何轉型未竟其功?”，提出變革過渡管理團隊以及是否營造了足夠的危機意識兩項因素對於變革之成效具有影響力，本研究乃就以上兩個因素進行效果分析，以期能夠對於變革模式的策略選擇提供決策時之參考。

On industrial globalization trend, all companies face to
higher competition than before, if still follow the inflexibility strategy for management, it will make company fall down in globalization business game, we want to find out which key factors will more high performance for the Change. Kotter (1995) “Leading Change, Changing Leadership”, point out two factors of Change, the one is how to build up the Management team of Changes and the other one is Do All of Employees Build up Conscious of Risk When Change Start, this study will focus on these two factors to analysis and try to find out the differentiation effect of performance on each different change model.
