On industrial globalization trend, all companies face to higher competition than before, if still follow the inflexibility strategy for management, it will make company fall down in globalization business game, we want to find out which key factors will more high performance for the Change. Kotter (1995) “Leading Change, Changing Leadership”, point out two factors of Change, the one is how to build up the Management team of Changes and the other one is Do All of Employees Build up Conscious of Risk When Change Start, this study will focus on these two factors to analysis and try to find out the differentiation effect of performance on each different change model.
