熱阻式微溫度感測器性能標定

摘要


微機電系統(MEMS)是目前熱門的研究領域之一,特別是在感測器的研究上。微機電眾多的應用領域中,醫療是一個相當被看好的發展方向。本論文目的是希望能夠設計、製造出一個以醫療用途為主、符合相關規範的人體溫度感測器,並去標定它的各種性能。 首先選定了熱阻效應做為感測器的原理。藉由公式的推導得到了感測器設計的方向,並依照此方向選定感測器以鏮銅(constantan)做為感測材料、矽晶圓為基底,以面型微加工技術(Surface Micro-machining) 來製作此感測器。並且自行建構一個溫度場以及電橋電路,以連續量測的方法,求得感測器的輸出曲線,並試著去修正輸出曲線,而求得感測器的幾項重要性能。 經過標定,得到本論文所設計、製造的感測器,在35℃至42℃的溫度區間中,感測器樣品一輸出的最大線性誤差為-3.52239e-6V,約為-0.209℃。最大非線性誤差為1.75183e-6V,約為0.099℃。靈敏度為1.7682e-5V/℃;樣品二最大線性誤差為-6.55064e-6V,約為-0.37℃。最大非線性誤差為-6.17751e-6V,約為0.35℃,靈敏度為1.74e-5/℃。 根據計算結果以及中國國家標準對人體體溫計的要求, 樣品一是可以滿足需求的。

The main object of this thesis is to develop a micro-temperature sensor for medical body temperature measurement. The sensor is designed by the thermal resister effect. According to the heat transfer equation ,we got some points of sensor design, and design the sensor by these points, and chose the constantan as the sense-material,and the sensor produced by the Surface Micro-machining, based on the silicn wafer. We established a temperature environment and measurement record instruments to character our sensor. The electrical and temperature characteristics, function performance and input-output relationship calibrated in this thesis.And try to corrected the error to get the real characteristics of the sensor. The sensor in this thesis, in 35℃to 42℃,the max linery error of sample 1 is -3.52239e-6V (-2.09℃), the max non-linery error is 1.75183e-6 (0.099℃); the max linery error of sample 2 is -6.55064e-6V(-0.37℃), the max non-linery error is -6.17751e-6(0.35℃). According to CNS, the sample 1 is conformable
