預先校正系統應用於精密機械加工上之研究

摘要


製造業不斷的降低成本,使生產線多趨向於自動化生產,唯有複雜的機械加工難以達成百分百自動化生產,最重要的關鍵就是自動化系統重複精度與在精密加工樣多量少之生產型態的限制。預先校正系統就是解決精度與降底工時的新應用技術,更可降低精密加工對高人力素質的要求。 預先校正系統是應用三次元量床與高精度標準化夾具,並將相同規格的標準化夾具安置於各式的工具機床台上,同時三次元量床與工具機床台上的標準化夾具皆以先尋得夾具的中心座標,並各自設定為其機械原點,即完成整個系統的準備工作。生產時將工件預先置入三次元量床上的標準化夾具尋測工件中心與夾具的中心座標的偏移量,再將工件夾組移置於工具機並同時將測得的偏移量轉換至工具機的加工程式,如此即節省工具機調整工件加工前的準備工作。 經實際測試將之應用於CNC切削中心、放電加工機、線切割等精密加工,證實本研究所發展之系統具有成本低,加工精度高與適合於少量多樣的機械加工應用,由於價格之優勢,更可廣泛應用於中小企業。

In order to reduce the manufacturing cost, the manufacturing industries always put lots of efforts in the automation of their production line. But for the complicated machining process, it is often difficult to have 100% automation. The main obstacle for this situation is the difficulty of the repeat precision of an automation system and the feature of complicated but limited production quantity. The Pre-calibrated Fixture System is an effective measure in solving the problems of precision positioning and also reducing the man-hours in the machining process. Due to its handy characteristics, it even does not require very skillful technician in the operation such as those for the traditional precision machining. The Pre-calibrated system uses a Coordinate Measuring Machine (C.M.M.) and high-accuracy standardized jigs, and then places the standardized jig of the same specification on various platforms of different machine tools. Meanwhile, the standardized jigs on the C.M.M. and the machine tool platform all needs to seek the center coordinates of the jigs and then set them as mechanical origins respectively. The machining can then start thereafter. During the processing, the work piece is put in a standardized jig of C.M.M. and the offset of the work piece center and the center coordinate of jig has to be checked. Consequently, put the work piece and jig assembly on the machine tool, and transfer the obtained offset into processing program of the machine tool right after. The setup is just one-time effort for each type of the work pieces. Therefore, it can save the setting time for the machine tool to adjust itself to each of the work piece before processing. After testing the developed system on various machines such as CNC machining center, EDM, WEDM …etc, it is found that the system can save a lot of working hours while with high precision in the processing. Also, due to its low cost comparing with the commercial ones, it can be widely used in the small industries to improve both the machining quality and efficiency.
