摘要


本研究係針對國內塗料塗裝業界,為因應全球環保意識的覺醒,迫切環保法規的日趨嚴格,由溶劑型轉型為水性型塗料之研發應用為主要內容。因有機溶劑散逸,對人體危害及造成環境污染的問題一直是國內、外環境保護及綠色團體所共同關心的話題,許多原來高污染行業,紛紛朝低污染訴求的水性、高固成分及粉體系統產品發展,對我國塗料塗裝行業而言,自不例外,且需求尤其迫切。 一種以聚丙烯酸酯及聚胺酯二種成分所組成的複合系水性塗料,來取代傳統有機溶劑型應用於水泥牆面的環保型塗料,是爾後配合法令規章,研究發展必然的趨勢,也是業界共同努力的方向與目標,深受重視與期許。 本研究就現有業界取得容易、成本經濟、品質穩定、相容性高且功能特性佳的樹脂,就其比例配方摻合最適化之選用,並予以塗料化,然後就其塗料與塗膜特性功能,作一整體應用之研究探討,並與現有溶劑型塗料作應用特性的比較評估,期望能提升聚丙烯酸酯、聚胺酯單方所無法達到的性能,進而符合我國環保法令規定2003年起禁用油性水泥漆,並取而代之可行性。

The subject of this investigation is about Taiwan’s domestic painting and coating industries. Laws and regulations protecting our environment have become more rigid since the society is getting more awared of the importance of environmental protection. With concerns of these problems, the main content of this investigation is to change solvent-base paints to water-base paints. The diffusion of organic solvents not only can do damage to human health, but it can also cause all kinds of pollutions, and this has been often concerned and discussed by both national and international environment protecting organizations and the green groups. Many original high polluting industries have started to develop water-base, high solid content and powder products which will not cause too much environmental pollutions. Our domestic painting and coating industries are no exceptions, and the demands are especially urgent. A complex water-base painting which consists of poly acrylic and poly urethane, can replace the traditional organic solvents as paints used for cement walls. This is not only for following the future laws and regulations, but it’s also the inexorable trend for R and D, and a direction and goal for the industries to follow. It’s highly concerned and expected. The investigation has specially selected the resin which has got very good characteristics, it can be obtained easily, cost economically, and also has stabled quality. According to formulas for mixtures, make the most suitable selections for coating use, then do the entire berries of investigations and researches for its coating and filming characteristics. And there were also comparisons and evaluations with the recent solvent-base coatings. Expectation has been focused on improving the performance which couldn’t be reached when using only single poly acrylic or poly urethane. So then it will be able to follow our environment protecting law in 2003, to forbid the use of oil-base cement paintings, and to take over the performance of these paintings.
