SBS及SBS/PS合膠經酚醛樹脂交聯之破壞強度研究 學生:石璋彥 指導教授:王 紀博士 私立元智大學化學工程研究所 摘要 先前研究發現【1,2】,SBS於高溫(100°C以上)時毫無強度可言,為了增 強在高溫時的破壞強度,吾人於SBS中添加少量的交聯劑(Phenolic resin )使SBS中之未飽和PB雙鍵起交聯反應,形成網狀結構以增強其高溫時的強 度。將不同交聯程度的樣品,藉由撕裂測試與切割測試來求取破壞能量, 並且改變測試溫度及破壞速率,可得在不同條件下的破壞能量。此外,對 於不同PS含量之SBS/PS合膠亦作進一步的研究,以了解加入PS對整體破壞 強度之影響。至於不同加工條件對純SBS分子形態的影響,則使用穿透式 電子顯微鏡觀察並分析,文中亦探討交聯劑含量對楊氏模數、斷裂強度、 能量密度之影響。 (SBS塊狀共聚合物、SBS/PS合膠、形態學、破壞能量、交聯度、撕裂測試 、切割測試)

FRACTURE ENERGIES OF SBS AND SBS/PS BLENDS CROSSLINKED BY PHENOLIC RESIN Student : Chang-Yen Shih Advisors : Dr. Chi Wang Institute of Chemical Engineering Yuan-Ze University ABSTRACT Strength of SBS block copolymers is eventually zero when experiments are carried out at temperature of the PS phase [1,2 ]. In order to improve the strength at high temperature , phenolic resin was introduced to chemically crosslink the PB segments. Effects of crosslinking density and content on the fracture energy, determined from tearing and cutting methods, were investigated. Moreover, blends of SBS/PS crosslinked with different amount of phenolic resin were studied as well. In this research, DSC was used to reveal the glass transition temperature of PB phase. GPC was used for the molecular weight distribution of PS and SBS. TEM was applied for the domain morphology of SBS copolymers, prepared either by solution casting or compression molding methods. The molecular weight between physical or chemical crosslinking points were determined from swelling method or equilibrium stress-strain method, respectively. General trends of microstructure-strength relations were provided at the end.
