經濟不景氣及加入WTO後,緊接而來的各種國際競爭壓力,使得位居傳統產業龍頭的營建產業,面臨前所未有的挑戰。觀察全球產業發展趨勢,電子商務技術發展至今,已漸趨成熟;下一世紀的競爭將會是資訊、網路應用及電子商務競爭的時代,傳統產業如營建業必須進行電子化等產業昇級措施,才能掌握市場先機,取得競爭優勢。因此本研究以營建產業為對象,研究國內營建業者如何應用電子商務提昇現有交易流程的效率以及在導入電子商務時適合採用的營運模式。 為求深入了解電子商務環境下,國內營建業可能的發展方向、不同營運模式的運作模式及技術廠商提供的解決方案,本研究採取個案深入訪談的方式,訪問國內三家具特色的營建業電子商務解決方案的供應商,針對其營運模式撰寫個案報告,以了解其運用電子商務技術在營建領域的積極用法及其運作模式。 最後,本研究根據「交易個體」、「互動」、「收益與效益」、「交易機制」與「資訊科技架構」等五個營運模式的主要分析構面,歸納出營建產業在電子商務環境下,可能採行的主要的營運模式有專案管理模式、ASP模式、虛擬社群模式、二手市場模式、電子市集模式、產業商情資訊模式、列印服務模式、內部業務流程整合模式。希望能夠提供營建產業在推動電子商務時的參考,並提供資訊軟體廠商調整研發電子化技術發展方向,以及營建產業廠商思考應用電子商務的參考。
Economics depression, the entrance of WTO and the pressure of the international competitions which make the leader of traditional industry, construction industry, faces hitherto unknown challenge. Observing the developing tendency of global industries, the technology of Electronic commerce is getting mature until now. Next century will be an era of the competition between Information, Internet and Electronic commerce. Thus, traditional industry such as Construction industry has to be electrolyzed in order to obtain priority of competition. Therefore, this research takes Construction industry as an object to study how domestic construction industry improves the efficiency of trade procedure and what are the proper business models by using Electronic commerce. To explore the potential direction of domestic construction industry, various business models and solutions provide by technical company under the environment of Electronic commerce, this research takes the way by interviewing individual cases. After interview three E-commerce solution providers, we wrote individual reports based on their business models to understand how the usage and models of Electronic commerce applied in construction industry field. According to the analysis factors of five business models: Entity, Flows, Revenue and benefit, trading mechanism and IT infrastructure, the results which are the main business models are as following: project management model, ASP model, virtual community model, used goods exchanging model, e-marketplace model, industry information model, printing model and workflow integration model. Finally, we hope this research can provide the reference for Construction industry to imply Electronic commerce, and offer adjustment of developing direction for E-commerce solution providers.
