本研究是由二異氰酸鹽(MDI;4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate)與丁 二醇(1,4-butanediol)分別與五個不同支鏈含量的聚酯(polyester) 聚合而成一系列的聚氨基甲酸酯(polyurethane;PU)。探討聚酯支鏈的 含量變化對PU的結晶度形態學與熱穩定性,以及在機械性質上的影響。我 們使用微差掃描熱分析(DSC; Differential Scanning Calorimetry) 、小角度X光散射分析(SAXS ;Small Angle X-ray Scattering)觀察 PU soft segment、hard segment之“相“分離及物理微細結構( microstructure);而熱穩定性則以熱機械分析(TMA; Thermomechanical Analysis)測定;我們亦在不同溫度退火( annearling)狀況下,以DSC及TMA觀察在不同退火溫度聚酯支鏈含量對PU 硬鏈節結晶度之影響。
Polyester based polyurethanes were synthesized from MDI(4,4''- Methylene bis(phenyl isocyanate))with butanediol as a chain extender. The polyesters with various mole ratios of -CH3 side chain were synthesized from adipic acid and glycols which were mixtures of various mole ratios of hexanediol and 1,2- propanediol. The effect of -CH3 content of polyester on the crystallinity、morphology 、thermal stability of polyurethanes and physical properties and mechanical properties of polyurethanes and on the phase segregation of soft- and hard- segments of polyurethanes was studied by DSC(differential scanning calorimetry)and TMA(thermal mechanical analysis)and SAXS(Small Angle X-ray Scattering). And the effect of -CH3 content of polyester on the crystallinity of hard segment and physical properties of polyurethanes at several annealing temperatures was studied by DSC(differential scanning calorimetry)and TMA(thermal mechanical analysis).
