摘要


本論文提出ㄧ種全新改良式Ku頻段介質諧振本地振盪器結構,將以往傳統的Ku頻段低雜訊放大降頻器中的介質諧振本地振盪器改良為介質諧振自我振盪混頻器,再結合鎖相迴路,改善商業用低雜訊放大降頻器中介質諧振本地振盪器的相位雜訊,以及增加本地振盪器的調諧頻率範圍,克服本地振盪器在長時間及潮濕環境下頻率漂移過大的缺點,且省下混頻器的元件成本與電路板成本,以及混頻器帶來的缺點,大大的增加了本論文在商業上使用的可行性。

A novel Dielectric Resonant Self Oscillation Mixer (DR-SOM) design of Ku band is presented. A design combining the conventional DRO and mixer for Ku Low Noise Block Down-Convertor (LNB) to a self oscillator mixer with Phase Lock Loop (PLL) is proposed. Performances on commercial LNB such as phase noise is improved. Tuning range of the local oscillator is also increased. The proposed design overcomes the local oscillator frequency drift under moisture or long time operation. Cost effective design with combine mixer functions and simplified circuitry increases the usage for commercial applications.
