小型無人飛行載具可靠度提昇方案研究

摘要


可靠度的運用最早來自航空工程,第一次世界大戰後由於空中交通發展快速,但不幸的是空難事件頻傳,可靠度準則及必要的安全模式益受到世人的重視,各國也不斷的制定及發展可靠度準則。由於無人飛機具有不必擔心人員損失的優點,目前已受到各國普遍重視,各大專院校及研究機構均針對無人飛機的性能提昇提出不少的研究報告,但無人飛機仍然無法如有人飛機系統功能齊全,往往遇到緊急情況因不及反應而造成重大損失,針對改善無人飛機的可靠度,各國有關改善無人飛機可靠度可參考文獻[3~8]。 本文章所提出的小型無人飛機可靠度提昇方案研究,乃是結合航空工程的作業方式與可靠度的準則,訂定各學院及研究單位均可遵循的作業方案,不但可減少意外損失,進而對後續的研究均有助益。

The earliest utilization of reliability comes from aeronautical engineering. After World War I airborne transportation developed rapidly, but unfortunately aerial accidents occurred frequently. Each country developed and set the criteria for reliability, as the need for safety standards was recognized. Because unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) have the advantage of reduced risk for human life, they receive the general attention of every country. Each university and research organization aims to improve the performance of the UAV, presenting a large number of research reports. Even so, UAV functionality is still not as complete as manned aircraft; the slower response time of UAV in emergency situations can cause heavy losses. For each country’s improvement of the reliability of UAV, please refer to [3~8]. This research seeks to promote the reliability of small UAV by combining the aeronautical engineering work method with the criteria for reliability, and sets a work plan for research institutions to follow. It can reduce accidental losses, and prove helpful for follow-on research.
