台灣企業社會責任之探討

摘要


回顧這幾年企業社會責任(Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR)已經被視為管理者所必須去面對與履行的責任,許多商業領袖、投資者與消費者都對企業提出請求與警告,促使企業在為股東追求利潤之時,不要忽略對其他利害關係人的責任。伴隨著CSR意識逐漸被重視,讓一個成功、一個好的企業開始被重新定義,例如Business Ethics magazine與KLD研究機構合作,針對企業進行百大最佳企業公民調查,擺脫以往用獲利、創新、績效來定義成功企業,社區、員工、環境、顧客等利害關係人間的關係也成為了判別的指標,藉由多樣性的調查,找出最值得尊敬的企業。 CSR已經變成企業競爭時的一種策略,是一種強而有力的吸金石,然而在企業公開琳瑯滿目的CSR Report背後,企業對CSR這個熱門議題的焦點究竟為何?企業對CSR的認知為何?而就以台灣員工的員工觀點來討論台灣CSR的現實情況時,台灣員工對於CSR的看法又為何?因此本研究希望透過台灣企業公開發行的CSR報告書中,找出台灣企業對企業社會責任中的各利害關係人之重視對象,並且以問卷調查檢視台灣企業的員工對於CSR的看法,藉由問卷的設計,讓台灣的員工替台灣的企業打分數,檢視企業CSR的落實情形。

Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR, has already been taken as the necessary responsibility for the administrator to shoulder and perform during these years retrospect. CSR brings request and warning from the business leaders、investors and consumers to promote the corporations not to ignore the responsibility of looking after other stockholders when chasing after the fortune. With the importance of CSR getting stronger, the standard of judging a well-management and successful corporation is redefined. For example, rather than the former standard of earning、innovating and effectiveness, the new standard of the relationship with community、staves、circumstance and customers is taken by the cooperation of Business Ethics magazine and KLD research institute to investigate the opinions of the corporate citizenship from the top 100 corporations. CSR has become a kind of strategy and power when the corporations competed with each other for making money. However, behind the CSR Report published from the corporations, what issue is the real point the corporations care? What cognition dose the corporations have? If we take the view from Taiwanese staves about the realistic situation of CSR, what opinion would they express? Therefore, to find out the answers above all and survey the practice of CSR, this research is to find out: The main issue of CSR between each stockholder through the CSR Report, the opinion of Taiwanese staves through the questionnaire, and the situation of practicing CSR through the grade of special-designed questionnaire.
