低頻聲波對微循環影響之實作與研究

摘要


在低頻聲波的實驗上是以雷射都卜勒血流計來進行微循環血流量的量測,用以比較穴道及非穴道的血流量,我們製作一非侵入式的裝置,分別以兩組不同頻率的低頻聲波來刺激手掌:(A)為心跳的1倍頻,(B)為心跳的1.5倍頻,並觀察低頻聲波對手掌微循環的影響。從實驗的結果可得到1倍頻低頻聲波的實驗在穴道點的平均血流量會較非穴道點來的明顯增加,同時經由Paired T-test驗證有顯著的差異(P小於0.05),而1.5倍頻則無。這代表著此裝置所送出的1倍頻聲波,可能被手部的微循環系統所接受,而提升手掌微循環的運作。

In this study, We Performed two groups of sound wave experiment to compare the measurement flux between acupuncture point (acupoint) and non-acupuncture point on hand skin. We build an external mechanical to stimulate on hand by sound wave. We observe the effect of microcirculatory with two different beating frequencies: (A) 1 times the HR. (B) 1.5 times the HR on hand. The experiment results show that the average LDF flux on acupoint is significantly increased than on the non-acupoint in group A, with p is smaller than 0.05 by paired t-test on acupoint, and without significantly increased in group B. If implies that, this mechanism could be used to improve the microcirculatory of hand.
