摘要

電信產業在過去總被認為，電信產業是資本密集的產業，建設初期需投入大量資金以建設其網路基礎設施，而其它新加入的廠商，卻因初期投資成本過高，而難和既有電信業者競爭，但近幾年在電信高度自由化下，行動通訊產業呈現高度成長狀態，行動電話變得易於使用與攜帶，促使行動通訊逢勃發展,我們可以感受到行動通訊無時無刻在影響我們的生活；所以本文以一個處於高度發展的產業，如何有效並迅速掌握資訊，準確地分析各種話務的情況。

The telecommunications industry in the past was a capital-intensive industries, and the initial phase of construction to invest a lot of money to build its network infrastructure. Other new vendors very difficult to contend with existing operators because the initial investment costs too high. However, in recent years a high degree of liberalization in the telecommunications, mobile communications industry has become highly growth state. Mobile phones become easy to use and portable, Bo prompted action on the development of communications. We can feel the impact of mobile communications at all times in our lives. Therefore, this research is showing a highly developed industry, How to effectively and quickly grasp information and accurately analyze mobile telecommunications usage.
