隨著生活水準提高、資訊科技進步,運用數位科技與創意結合生活與環境,產生具休閒娛樂功效之產品與服務的數位休閒娛樂產業成為必然的發展趨勢,而其範疇中又以數位休閒娛樂設備最具成長潛力。數位休閒娛樂設備俗稱大型機台電玩遊戲,因為早期經常擺放在賭博類型遊藝場裡經營,故與賭博、黑社會相連結的印象而被社會邊緣化,並被政府刻意擠壓,而亟欲開展出符合社會趨勢與正面期待的發展空間。同屬於休閒服務業的旅遊觀光產業,隨著政府政策的開放,旅遊在國人生活中扮演舉足輕重的地位,對於旅遊資訊的需求量也同時暴增,而傳統的資訊取得方式已經不敷需求。故透過大型機台電玩遊戲的遊戲內容與互動特性作為旅遊景點之宣傳推廣的工具,提供消費者事先體驗旅遊景點與吸收資訊之機會,以增加遊客前往之意願,即是本研究的主題。 本研究以遊戲設計理論為基礎,探討大型機台電玩遊戲之設計原則與互動模式,將旅遊的主題置入遊戲設計中。以系統雛型法歸納需求分析,並企劃出遊戲內容腳本,建構出遊戲的系統雛形,讓玩家可以在遊戲中得到娛樂效果,同時獲得旅遊相關資訊與優惠活動,進一步提高旅遊的意願。 本研究最主要的貢獻為提出大型機台電玩遊戲之設計考量,經實作驗證歸納出設計原則與互動模式,並融合大型機台電玩遊戲與資訊機的功能,降低系統建置成本,可提供未來大型機台電玩遊戲之後續研究及商品化之參考。除此之外,本研究將旅遊資訊與大型機台電玩遊戲相互結合,提高消費者旅遊的意願,並提出配套的商業模式,可做為後續其他產業題材置入大型機台電玩遊戲的設計參考,以提升大型機台電玩遊戲形象,塑造數位休閒娛樂產業的代表性商品。
Along with the living standard enhancing as well as information technology advancing, the utilization of digital technology and creativity combining with lives and environment, and the production of products and services with leisure and entertaining effect in digital leisure and entertainment industry will be an inevitable development tendency. In this development, the digital leisure and entertaining equipment have the most significant growth potential. Because the digital leisure and entertaining equipments, also called the Arcade game machine, usually were installed and operated in the gamble-like recreation center in the early time and were social-edged for the impression of link with gambling and gangs, and also was extruded by the government purposely, the arcade game machine needs a development space in accordance with social tendency and positive anticipation. In the tourism industry which belongs to leisure service industries with digital leisure and entertainment industry, and along with the government policy opening, travel plays a significant role in people’s life and the requirement of tourism information is storming up simultaneously. However, the obtainment of tradition information is sufficient no more. Therefore, the subject of this research is to offer consumers a chance to pre-experience traveling scenery and absorbing information by the game contents and interactive characteristics of the arcade game as an advertising and promoting tool for traveling sceneries. Based on the game design theory, this study discusses the game design principle and interactive model of the arcade game, and then puts the tourism theme inside the game design. By system prototyping method to induce demand analysis and planning the game content script to construct a system prototype of the game, consumers can get the entertaining effect from the game and obtain travel-related information and promotion activities simultaneously, and further increase their travel willingness. The major contributions of the research are providing a game design consideration of the arcade game by an empirical verification to induce the design principle and interactive model, also integrating the functions of games of an arcade game with Kiosk to reduce system establishment cost, and offering a reference for further researches and commercialization of games in the future arcade game. Moreover, the research integrates the tourism information and the games of an arcade game to increase the consumers’ travel willingness and provides a business model kit as a further design reference for other industrial themes to put into the games of an arcade game and to promote the image of the arcade game as well as build the representative commodity in the digital leisure and entertainment industry.
