影響直接甲醇燃料電池性能的參數有許多,以操作條件來看有電池溫度、燃料的濃度與種類、反應物流量、壓力與雙極板的金屬材料選擇等;電池系統而言影響其性能的條件又有電解質成分、厚度、觸媒成分與比例、流道型式,擴散層等。本論文先以電池內部的膜電極組與碳布的組合做討論,組合出不同的氣體擴散層壓縮量,接著再以改變操作條件,測試直接甲醇燃料電池組的整體穩定性,與分析不同甲醇溶液與氣體流量對性能的影響,並且加入動態量測與長時間測試,藉此觀察直接甲醇燃料電池組的流道設計是否適用於商業應用上。
There are many parameters influence the DMFC, according to the operating conditions such as cell temperature, concentration and species of the fuel, reactant flow rate, stress, and the metal materials of the bipolar ; actually some factors like electrolyte, thickness of membrane, catalyst ingredient, channel type, diffusion layer. In this research we will discuss MEA and carbon clothes in the cell, also change operating conditions then test the stability, and analyze the effect to the performance about different methanol solution and gas fluid rate, dynamic measurement and long term operation test, according to these conditions, we can observe if the stack of DMFC is suitable for commercial application
