本研究旨在透過實施平衡計分卡,規劃合適於個案高科技業者產業特性之關鍵績效指標,包含財務、顧客、內部流程及學習與成長四大構面,並協助個案公司建立達成願景的具體策略地圖且符合個案公司績效衡量的KPI。本研究之研究目的有下列幾點: 一、探討個案科技公司與平衡計分卡各構面之關聯性。 二、由目前個案科技公司相關部門、專家訪談中歸納其策略目標。 三、探討個案科技公司實施平衡計分卡前後績效評估制度不同之處。 四、依據個案科技公司特性,展開平衡計分卡相關構面之規劃與設計。 五、訂定適合個案科技公司的關鍵績效指標,並探討個案公司平衡計分法之具體內容與實施情況。 六、歸納及比較個案科技公司在導入平衡計分卡績效評估方式前後的績效差異、並提出建議。
This research aims at planning the suitable key performance indicator of Hi-Tech Company through implementing the balance score card, including financial, customer, internal process, and learning process. Besides, this study wants to construct strategic map of scene and KPIs that are suitable for the case company. There are the following several points in research purposes of this research: First, probing into the relationship of the case company and the constructs of balanced score card. Second, Probe into expert's interview, summed up its tactics goal in the relevant departments of the case company. Third, probe into the difference of performance evaluation system difference in front and at the back of the balance score card. Fourth, according to the characteristic of the case company, planning and designing the relevant constructs with the balance score card. Fifth, probe into the content of the case company, with KPI and the balance score card. Sixth, sum up and compare the difference of the case company after implementing the balance score card.
