基於時代之快速變遷,為提升保險產業之競爭力,立於企業不敗之地;更為追求業務績效及成長同時,必須落實業務主管領導力之培訓,充分展現領導者之內涵及功能,來提高組織效益及價值為其研究目的。在研究內容以F保險公司之業務單位經營為例,業務主管運用智慧魅力與願景式之領導,循有效之溝通激勵模式,在原有訓練體制外,透過有鑑賞力詢問原則,再加入行動研究實際步驟,徹底改善現況,以期創造開花結果之成效。在運用行動研究過程中,就十位業務主管進行實地訪談,因其皆能完成階段目標及收穫,並將受訪者運用行動研究之成效歸納整理。總之,從F公司之個案效益不僅能推動業務發展外,更能提供保險產業之相當貢獻。在此更加確信:行動研究在領導力培訓之應用,更應倍加受到重視。
In such a rapidly-changing world, the insurance industry has exerted efforts to gain competitiveness and enhance organizaitonal effectiveness and business value. Leadership is one of the most critical factors to influence the performance of business units of an insurance company and, thus, is deem as an important dimension for insurance company to focus on. In order to help sales supervisors strengthen personal charisma and visionary leadership with effective communication and motivating actions, this study integrated action reaserch and appreciative inquiry into the traditional training system of the case company to observe its influence on leadership development. Interviews with participants revealed that the application of action research on leadership training program showed evidence that participating supervisors felt benefited from such a integrtive training program. The result of this study proved the utility of action research as a supplementary measure to the traditional training system and provided a new perspective for the insurance industry to consider when designing its leadership training and development program.
