Along with the technology progression and speedy developments, there is no doubt that mobilephone already became one telecommunication device which modern people cannot live without! Therefore, people’s demands to mobile phone would not only limit to communication, but also to the quality level, speed of transmission, volume of date, even the influence of magnetic wave to human health, supposed to become one of the big issues to take care. While consumers using mobile phone, other than radio frequency might affect the articulation of transmission, also sound effect generated from mobile phone and vibration motor plays a key role to affect the quality of mobile phone directly. Nevertheless, nowadays there are very rare research reports regarding the defects test methodology of mobile phone vibration motors could be found in academia; therefore, this research mainly focusing on the studying of the qualification 's key factors analysis of vibration motors during mobile phone design application and how to use test devices and main points in design to analyze the vibration motors, haply it can do some help to improve the quality level of mobile phone design and manufacture.
