本研究以社會學分析的角度出發,研究範圍著重在「社會互動」,社會互動中則牽涉到影像的「再現」與「凝視」或注視等概念,由這些概念詮釋當代新人拍婚紗照的意義。另外,藉由訪談,探索在婚紗照的形成中,主客體互動與移位。本文提出一個論題,那就是把婚紗攝影視為一種影像書寫,新人透過影像的製作與生產、凝視與敘事、詮釋與評論,與婚紗攝影業者、親朋好友共同進行四種社會互動。這四種社會互動分別是多層次再現的辯證、回憶封存與開啟的辯證、個人史撰寫的辯證,以及婚紗攝影中主體性的辯證。這四種辯證彼此形成人生特定階段影像書寫的系統。多層次再現是整個系統的基礎,回憶的封存開啟與個人史的書寫則是影像書寫系統的兩大支柱,婚紗攝影的主體性辯證則在影像書寫系統中各個結構成分之間環繞,時隱時現。
The thesis conducts a sociological analysis on Taiwan’s bridal photography by focusing on the social interaction revolving around the targeted social phenomenon. The author argues that bridal photography in Taiwan could be regarded as a type of social action of image writing, which displays the dialectics of multi-level representation, memory opening and closing, personal historical writing, as well as the interaction of subjectivity and objectivity. Multi-level representation is the foundation of the image writing system while memory opening and closing as well as personal historical writing constitute the main pillars. At the same time, the interaction of subjectivity and objectivity revolves around the social interpretation of bridal photography.
