學校是一個講求卓越的組織,如何有系統地管理本身組織知識,並將知識加以整理、創新,求其有效傳播擴散且具智慧化地運用,使所有教育工作者永續成長,顯然是知識經濟時代中教育的重大挑戰。而知識社群最能發揮內隱知識的傳遞和知識的創新,學校能夠發展知識社群,不但能提高教師專業品質,也能提升學校整體的競爭力。 本研究旨在探討高中職學校知識社群發展的現況,從社群定位、組織認同、人力資源、互動溝通、資訊科技等五個面向來推衍出學校知識社群的運作模式,以作為高中職學校的參考。本研究採用質性訪談研究方法,藉由參考各相關文獻及進行實務參訪,歸納出研究架構後,並深度訪談個案學校內五位主任、二位組長、二位小姐、五位老師,期許透過訪談資料分析,瞭解目前高中職學校知識社群運作的情況及困境,最後根據結論提出可行的建議。最後研究結果為: 1、以社群定位來看,社群的類型可分為溝通型社群、工具型社群、業務型社群、專案型社群、興趣型社群、專科型社群、領域型社群、問題解決型社群等八類知識社群。 2、以組織認同面來看,學校行政體系已有專責單位及辦法來推動知識社群活動,但獎勵措施應再加強。 3、以人力資源面來看,社群運作需有關鍵性的領導人存在。 4、以互動溝通面來看,知識社群運作溝通方式仍以面對面為主,可加強資訊平台之應用。 5、以資訊科技來看,應修正資訊科技平台之功能性,強化其搜尋之功能。

This research is for the purpose of discussing the high school duty school knowledge community development present situation, from society the group localization, the organization approves, the human resources, the interaction communication, the information science and technology and so on five faces pushes spreads out the school knowledge community the operation pattern, by takes the high school duty school the reference.
