臺灣酒莊文化行銷之研究

摘要

酒類文化觀光乃國外各葡萄酒產國施行之已久的地方文化發展策略，酒類文化觀光屬於文化觀光中的一個體系，包含了有形文化與無形文化特質，具有顯現一地之獨特地方文化特質，除具備了歷史文化的深度、智慧的累積與藝術經驗的沈澱，更具有文化的多元性，同時也是地方人文的精神表徵。當酒類文化成為振興地方文化的重要利器，酒類文化變成一種可銷售的有形或無形文化商品，凡具有商品特質可銷售、販賣之產品皆需要行銷，酒類產品品牌的建立、包裝美感的風格與酒莊所提供的體驗，皆有助於酒莊文化之行銷。

因此本研究以推動臺灣酒莊文化並促進酒莊文化觀光行銷的角度，分析臺灣目前發展酒莊文化行銷之現況與問題，並藉由國外案例及國內現況的分析與討論中，找出臺灣在發展酒類文化觀光的最佳行銷模式。本論文主要內容分為三章，首先於第一章總論酒類文化觀光之定義與理論，並探討酒類觀光對地方發展所造成的影響，及釀酒產業的行銷策略原理。而第二章則為臺灣酒莊文化行銷現況之分析，包含現行農村酒莊相關法規與管理制度的探討、農村釀酒產業的營運現況與行銷策略分析，並提出臺灣農村酒莊發展所面臨的相關問題。而在第三章中探討國外成功的行銷案例，並從案例的分析中提出臺灣酒莊文化觀光行銷策略之建議。

Cultural tourism of wine which has been run for a long period is an important strategy of wine culture development. It belongs to the cultural tourism system, including visible and invisible characteristics and distinctness and particularity and it has quality of historical culture, accumulation of wisdom and experience of art. Cultural tourism of wine helps to promote the development of wine culture and wine products. Meanwhile, the establishment of products and branding of wine, the style of packing and the specific of winery are also helpful for the wine marketing.

The thesis analyzes current problems on cultural marketing of wine in Taiwan. It includes three chapters. The first chapter explores the definition and theory of wine tourism, effects of wine tourism on rural development, and wine marketing strategy. The second chapter aims at issues of governmental regulations and management of wine business. The final chapter proposes the suggestions for Taiwan’s wineries based upon foreign successful cases.
