都市中高樓林立,大樓的運用已由以往單純的居住或是辦公用途演變成具有複合型態的大樓,此建築物具有面積廣闊及出入人員複雜特性,因此火災發生時,往往造成重大人員傷亡及鉅額財物損失,為防患於未然,實有必要瞭解其危害性及影響。 本論文以台北縣汐止東方科學園區火災為案例,利用電腦火災區域模式軟體 CFAST 來模擬火災現場的情況,評估高層建築物發生火災時之危險性與影響,除了對火場做不同模式之定性、定量分析外,還針對相關消防設備、避難逃生設備、警報設備等做逐一研究探討,並藉電腦模擬之結果,討論其對人員避難逃生時間之影響程度,以提供做為大樓防火安全改善建議及預防措施。
There are a great number of high buildings standing in the modern cities, the use of these buildings have already changed from formerly pure housing or the work use toward the compound style buildings. The broad area and the varied people come in and out complex are the characters of the building. Therefore, if the fire occurs, it often causes the significant personnel casualty and the property damage. In order to prevent fire accidents, it is really important to study the building fire and understand its risk essential. This study thesis adduced the fire case of High-Rise Buildings in Hsichih Eastern Science Park. The CFAST software of zone model had been used to simulate the fire accident, evaluating the risk and influence of high-rise building fire. In addition, the qualitative and quantitative analysis and also fire-fighting facilities, refuge and escape installments, alarm systems had been discussed. The results expect to find out the time escape for people and suggestions for fireproofing.
