傳統產業推動創新服務的研究-以色彩服務為例

摘要


台灣由過去的製造代工轉(OEM)而走向設計代工(ODM)。不論是持續擴大經濟規模以代工為主的經營方式,或是朝向發展自有品牌來獲取較高利潤。在產品的設計上都要具有不同的創新屬性,以創造出產品的新價值,協助企業提高競爭優勢。因此,工業設計越來越受到各個產業所重視。隨工業設計越受重視,促使傳統原料供應商為求有效的經營必須適應市場的改變作修正,以符合市場的期待。本研究透過Gustafsson and Johnson (2003)的驅動服務成長模型與顧客滿意度的理論,用顧客的角度來觀察色母產業所提出的新的服務流程,而更進一步提供給傳統的原料供應商一個建議。 本研究進行問卷調查,所獲得之結果: (一)高度專業的設計服務產業採用新服務時的考量因素的主要有: (1).業務推廣 (2).專業能力 (3).創意性 (4).收費與資源 (5).知名度 (6).國際化程度。 本研究認為,要服務台灣的工業設計廠商必須要先透過其考量的因素,依據公司內部的優勢發展適合的營運模式。 (二)驅動色彩服務成長的關鍵因素: 由研究結果發現:競爭力與商業服務的外包模式促成色彩服務成長的兩個關鍵因素。此創新服務的價值呈現在於1.專業的分工,設計師專注於概念的發想與外觀線條和功能上的設計,讓專業的色彩與材質交由委外的廠商服務。2.增加設計的服務價值,使其在設計產業上更有競爭力。 時間與自我服務兩因素在色彩服務上並未有顯著影響。針對現況缺乏的兩項因素來提升設計師對於新服務的滿意度,在時間上,加強專案的管理以減少跨區域性的溝通,另外在自我服務的部分增加虛擬的色彩服務軟體以提供設計師在生產前作為參考,以減少試驗性的生產。

In recent years,Taiwan market situation slowly move (OEM- Original Equipment Manufacturing) into (ODM- Own Designing & Manufacturing) No matter is continues to expand the economical scale by OEM,or move toward to develop own brand enable to gain a higher profit。All must have the different innovation attribute in the product design,creates the product value and assists the enterprise to enhance the competitive advantage。Therefore,the industrial design is getting more and more important. More receives along with the industrial design takes, to urge the traditional raw material supplier to adjust market changed and strive for the effective management in order to fit in market anticipation. This research adopt the service growth model and the customer satisfaction theory which was presented by Gustafsson and Johnson (2003) with the angle of customers’ perspective about the innovation color service,and also further provides suggestion for traditional raw material suppliers。 This research was based on questionnaire survey,obtains the result as below: (A)There are 6 consideration factors will be taken when the highly specialized design service industry adopts new service。 (1) Service promotion (2) Specialized ability (3) Creativity (4) Charge and resources (5)Well-knownness (6) Internationalization degree。 This research believe that service suppliers need to understand the industrial design needs through those 6 key factors,then develop a new business model from own strength in order to satisfy customers. (B) The key aspect of driving new color service growth We discovered that,the competitive ability and outsource package are the two key aspects of pushing color service growth. This innovation service value presents lies in 1. The specialized division of labor,designers can concentrate on the concept development with the outward appearance and functional design, let the color specialists worry about the material and color combination. 2. To add design service value,make design company become more competitive in the design industry。 The two forces in four which driving color service with no obvious influence are time and self-service。To increase designers’ satisfaction, need to start from these two defect。 Strengthens the project management ability in order to reduce the cross regional communication which can solve the time issue。 Moreover, in the self-service part, provides simulated color software which enable designers preview the color combination before the product go into production, reduces the experiment production。
