以開放原始碼建構具容錯機制之協同訊息平台實作研究

摘要


隨著網際網路的快速發展,企業的規模也日漸擴大,傳統的電子郵件服務已不敷使用,需要更具功能性的平台來取代。因此企業需要一個強有力,功能豐富的訊息協同平台,來達成資訊共享與協同作業的目的。透過開放原始碼,降低軟體採購成本,搭配容錯機制的運作,使該系統具備高穩定度、高可靠度、高可用性、高效率、低成本等優點之環境架構,同時也證明了開放原始碼確有其效益存在。本研究採實作設計的方式,以開放原始碼作為基礎,整合協同作業與容錯系統,建構出符合企業所需的平台。最後透過系統測試與分析比較,用以解決目前企業所面臨到的問題。

With the rapid growth of the Internet, the scale of businesses is expanding increasingly. The traditional e-mail service has been inadequate to meet the needs and is going to be replaced with a more functional system. Accordingly, the corporation needs to create a powerful and multi-functional platform in order to fulfill the purpose of collaboration and information-sharing. Through the open-source software, it could greatly reduce the cost of software procurement. In addition, along with the fault-tolerant operation, the system comes with the advantages of high-availability, efficiency, reliability, and stability, but low-cost under the environmental frame. Meanwhile, it also does approve the necessary existence and benefit of open-source software. The study is an experimental design on the basis of open-source software with the integration and coordination of fault-tolerant operating system to build a platform which can meet the corporation needs. Eventually we are able to apply the testing result and analyses of system to solve the problems and issues that the corporation currently faces.
