台灣之地理資訊系統網際網路服務化,由於本研究個案在國內為首見案例,因此在學術上及相關文件與實證研究上甚缺乏,因此,本研究將率先以學者理論進行新商業模式之探討,利用倫敦商學院教授哈默爾的商業模式架構,透過理論與實務的實際驗證,找出新商業獲利的模式,以及對獲利的評估。 本研究將溯自2002年商業模式正式上市開始探討,將研究案分為二個階段,一為:2002年至2006年商品獨家上市階段,二為2006年之後,市場出現競爭者,商業模式的探討以初期上市的構面為分析,針對未來建議方案則以現況構面為主,二個階段在市場快速變動下,有了不同的構面強度,本研究希望將二階段的構面,透過分析,提供企業決策者或相關研究者一個實證的探討與建議。 由本研究的結論得知:透過理論,有助企業在推出新商業模式時,檢視企業資源,找出企業各構面的強度與各構面之間的活動連結,同時更找出營運的獲利推進器,企業可以在自我檢視分析後,增強企業自身的優勢構面,強化各構面的連結,同時找到屬於企業本身持續的獲利推進器。
Since the application service of Geographic Information System on internet in Taiwan, the case is the first one. Therefore, there were few academic researches as well as the related studies. Thus, this research will take the first step to analyze the e-map application by Hamel‘s business model theory, The core purpose is to realize how to find the new pattern of gaining commercial profit as well as to evaluate the following profit . This research could be trace back to the year of 2002 when the business model began. This study will be divided into two stages:the first is the period of exclusive distribution from the year of 2002 to 2006; the second is when there were competitors join the business market after 2006.The business model pattern discussion will mainly aim at analyzing the business model strength when the T-company enter to market. For the suggestion to the future operation, it will base upon the analysis of present situation of market strength structure. Under the fast changing of business market, the two stages change form differently. The purpose of this research is to provide deeply study to enterprises’ management and related scholars’ researches. By this research, it helps enterprises’ management to check their resources and find their strength structure and links between conformations, and simultaneously get profit propeller when they plan to set a new business model.
