繞射元件於雙焦複合式物鏡設計之研究

摘要


目前,CD/DVD光碟機的技術已經趨於成熟。為了滿足數位時代快速處理大量資訊的需求,以藍紫光為主的讀取技術將是未來光儲存媒體的發展趨勢。 在此論文中,我們的目標就是要設計出可讀取HD-DVD與DVD兩種規格碟片的雙焦讀取頭物鏡。因此,我們參考物鏡大廠的設計規格。首先,以具有兩種不同數值口徑的CD/DVD雙焦物鏡為例,使用折/繞射複合型的光學結構,利用光學設計軟體ZEMAX進行模擬與分析。 接著,以數值口徑值同為0.65的HD-DVD/DVD雙焦讀取頭物鏡為對象,設計出符合要求的鏡頭,並將其優化。最後,便可獲得所需要用於聚焦407nm及661nm兩種波長的HD-DVD/DVD雙焦物鏡。

Recently, technologies of CD/DVD player have been growing to maturity. In order to meet our requirement for explosive information in this digital dynasty, reading technology used with blue ray must be the trend of optical storage in the future. In this study, our target is to design a dual-focused objective lens used in the pick-up head to read two kinds of standards in HD-DVD and DVD disc. We refer to the design standard of object lens factory owner. At first we choose the CD/DVD dual-focused object lens with different numerical apertures as an example. The hybrid diffractive-refractive optical structure was designed and analyzed by using the software of ZEMAX for optical design. We then designed and optimized the HD-DVD/DVD dual-focused object lens with same numerical aperture of 0.65. Consequently, we can obtain the required HD-DVD/DVD dual-focused object lens which could work for focusing at two different wave lengths of 407nm and 661nm.
