奈米尼龍電紡纖維之製備與性質探討

摘要


本研究應用電紡技術製備奈米級尼龍纖維,探討電紡參數對尼龍纖維形態的影響與尼龍電紡纖維性質。研究中得知溶液性質為主要影響纖維形態的變因,其中黏度為形成纖維的主要因素,超過臨界黏度能形成沒有珠狀結構的纖維,且隨著黏度的提升纖維直徑也逐漸增加。增加溶液的導電度可消除珠狀結構形成平順的纖維,也會使得纖維直徑降低,且纖維直徑的變化與導電度符合線性關係。 尼龍經過電紡過程雖然會同時產生兩種結晶型態(γ-form和α-form),但以γ-form為主要結晶。添加醋酸或是經過annealing處理後,有助於生成α-form的α(200),和提高結晶度。

The effects of electrospinning parameters on the morphology and physical properties of the prepared electrospun nylon nanofibers were investigated by using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and wide angle X-ray diffraction. Despite the influences from the instrumental variables, the results of SEM indicated that the morphology of the produced nanofiber was mainly affected by the properties of the eluted nylon solution such as the viscosity and the conductivity. The shape of the electrospun nylon was transformed from the bead into the fiber when the viscosity was over a certain value. It was also shown that the beadless fiber was produced by increasing the conductivity of the solution. The diameter of the electrospun fiber was increased by decreasing the conductivity or increasing the viscosity of the solution. From the results of DSC and X-ray diffraction, the electrospun nylon fibers had two crystalline structures, a main γ-form and an accompanying α-form. The addition of acetic acid to the solution as well as the annealing of the electrospun fibers increased the crystallinity and the amount of the α-form crystal.
