以場模式評估桃園地區總醫院 之防火能力

Evaluation for Fire Protection Capability of Tao-Yuan Armed Forces General Hospital Using Field Model

摘要


由於近年醫療技術與資源提升,養生觀念的重視,人類壽命延長十年以上,而生育率卻下降,使得社會結構轉變,而逐漸邁向老人化社會;又因社會快速變化、工作競爭壓力大,造成精神及慢性疾病增加,所以人們對醫療資源的需求大增,進而使醫療院所日漸興盛,且項目更具多樣化。 因此醫療院所基於供需與維持本身永續經營前提下,常在啟用後作了許多現場空間及裝修的改變,也因此改變原有建築與消防設計,增加了許多危險因子而提高火災發生的機率;故如何消除危險因子與運用隔離設施,以做好事前的防範,將火災所可能肇生的災害降至最低,為本研究的主要目標。 本論文以桃園地區頗具規模之國軍桃園總醫院(教學醫院)為模擬火場,參考歷年醫院火災案例作數值模擬分析,主要探討在封閉、開放式(肇生煙囪效應)空間、火源種類與位置改變、火源大小與位置改變等不同因素下,驗證消防法規對照下之消防設備,對教學醫院內之人員避難逃生等的整體安全是否有幫助,作為建築物改善、設計、規劃等方向,提供相關場所評估之參考,以期能創造既優質又安全舒適的醫療照護環境。

In recent years, social structure has been changed into an aged society because of the sufficient progress in medical techniques and resource, pay attention to human’s regimen, and a low birthrate. Follow this rapid social change and a competition working stress, the amount of psychosis and chronic disease are increased. Therefore, large hospitals with multifunctions are established to satisfy the demands of modern people. Many hospitals have made great change on compartments and spaces decoration based on a premise of eternal management. The original building and fire protection designs have been changed also, these will increase much more dangerous factirs as well as high probablities of fire occurrence. Hence, how to eliminate dangerous factors and using isolated facilities in order to prevent fire accident occurred with least damage in a hospital is the main goal of this study. This study selects Tao Yuan Armed Forces General Hospital, and refers to some hospital cases of fire accident for numerical simulation. CFD field model has been used in this paper to discuss the influence of close/open space (will cause stack effect), different type and position of fire. Then examine the fire protection as well as egress/refuge facilities of the hospital with the current rules in order to give an aspect for planning, designing and improving of hospital construction. In closing, this study offers a reference to the evaluation of related hospitals and prospects to create an excellent, safety, and comfotable enviroment of medical care.
