摘要

代謝症候群越來越受到醫界與一般民眾的重視，其中的高血壓與糖尿病兩者，從1980年至今都出現在每年的十大死因，讓人不得不關心這新興文明病產生的相關疾病，本研究藉由資料探勘(Data Mining)的技術將資料庫中有用的知識挖掘出來，並找出具參考意義的醫學知識供各醫療機構之專業醫師在診斷時的參考指標，亦能提供一般民眾在自我保健的疾病防治方面有預警功效。
透過文獻的探討蒐集以及資料探勘的方式，了解代謝症候群目前的研究，並探勘代謝症候群的相關疾病，以及代謝症候群中，糖尿病、高血壓、高血脂彼此之間的強度，所採取的資料為全民健康保險研究資料庫的特定主題分檔，包含糖尿病病患在民國92至94年的就診紀錄，利用統計分析的方式以及關聯法則來做探勘研究，透過研究發現，利用資料探勘的方式能夠找出並驗證疾病之間的關聯，在糖尿病疾病上，會與口腔疾病、眼睛疾病產生關連，也發現了代謝症候群病患在肝病的就診關聯比糖尿病病患高。

The medical scientists and the pubic are paying more and more attention on Metabolic Syndrome (MetS). Since 1980, the Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus in MetS have appeared in the Top Ten Causes of Death every year in Taiwan. It forced people to care about the relevant diseases MetS derived. This research aims to find the diseases MetS derived using data mining, and to know the strength of association between Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia. The data of this research comes from the National Health Insurance Research Database provided by the Bureau of National Health Insurance, Department of Health and managed by National Health Research Institutes. It includes the Diabetes Mellitus patients’ medical record in 2003-2005. We use statistics method and association rules to find diseases pattern of MetS.
