與日本東芝公司技術合作生產的161kV 瓦斯絕緣開關需使用大量的鑄造與焊接的鋁合金包封外殼,對於鋁合金包封外殼鑄造與焊接之技術在國內過去一直有無法突破氣密之瓶頸,過去國內生產瓦斯絕緣開關的公司亦曾嚐試尋找國內廠家開發,但考量其鑄造與焊接之品質無法達到要求,故至今仍未採用國內生產,所以對這次開發亦抱持非常謹慎之態度進行。本次最大的成果為輔導國內廠商完成鑄造與焊接鋁合金壓力容器的技術,使國內鋁合金生產技術再向上提升。 本次鋁合金包封外殼之鑄造與焊接開發,除了包封外殼製程的研究開發外,另外透過各種驗證試驗以確認品質,本體進行實體剖面檢查其氣孔情形,做水壓測試氣密測試,送中科院爆破試驗等等,合格後另一只才組裝進行整體特性測試,過程中並根據試驗結論修正製程。 目前國內生產的鋁合金包封外殼已使用在龍顯、重新、大城、烏日等四個一次變電所,以及中科與道爺等兩個超高壓變電所,經過測試與實際送電運轉使用證實國內鋁合金包封外殼之鑄造與焊接技術已經成熟,品質穩定可靠。
The 161kV GIS consist of plenty of aluminum enclosure tanks. These tanks need high sealing skill and precise molding ability to prevent the gas leaking and potential damage, so it was always imported from foreign. In the result of the destination of local production, the Taiwan GIS supplier had been dedicated in improvement of this technology several years. Unfortunately, it was no advance growth to be seen for a long time in Taiwan GIS field. There is a high technical company and all of technique is cooperated with TOSHIBA. After a long time researching, there has succeeded in the aluminum tank development. In addition to precise dimension of appearance, several severe qualification processes have been approved by qualified institution. The all tests include section verification, water pressure testing, sealing testing, and exposed damage verification in C.S.I.S.T. All quality had been proved then pursuing the facility confirmation. All of correction will be executed depending on each tests consequence. The GIS had been approved and worked at Long-Sian, Chong-Sin, Da-Cheng and Wu-Rih of substations of TAIWAN POWER COMPANY and the other two high voltage substations as Junog-Ke and Dao-Ye. The approval proving the product is under stable quality and facility has been matured.
