本論文的研究方向主要是製備PBI/PTFE複合模,並於薄膜的離子聚集通道中崁入奈米無機粒子鋯磷化物酸(Zr(HPO4)2)。因此類無機物具吸濕性,薄膜在高溫仍可保有適量的水含量,藉以提高質子交換膜燃料電池之效能。我們利用SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope)觀察膜材表面以及截面的結構、EDS(Energy Dispersive Spectrometer)分析膜材內部所含之元素、TGA(thermogravimetric analysis)測定膜材熱穩定性。並將此PBI/PTFE/ Zr(HPO4)2 膜材製作成膜電極組(MEA),以單電池測試系統測試MEA在150℃、180℃質子交換模燃料電池(PEMFC)的單電池效能。
In this thesis, a PBI/PTFE composite membrane was prepared and hybridized with inorganic Zr(HPO4)2 nano-particle. Zirconium phosphate particles are able to retain water at high temperature and law humidity, so the performance of proton exchange membrane (PEM) fule cells can be improved. We observed the surface and cross section image of PEM by SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), carried out the elemental analysis using EDS (Energy Dispersive Spectrometer), and performed thermo analysis using TGA. A PEMFC single cell test at 120℃,160℃,180℃ without fuel humidification was carried out.
