次波長微奈米結構鍍銀之光學特性探討

Study on the Optical Properties of Silver Coated SubWavelength Nano-structures

摘要


本篇文章中我們針對了介電材料配合結構以及介電材料加上結構鍍銀進行模擬,發現到單純介電材料加結構對於光的特性影響不明顯。無鍍銀情況下,無論入射光為TE mode或TM mode,穿透率改變趨勢皆相同,皆為大量穿透。各種結構加上鍍銀後,光的特性開始有不同的轉變,各種不同的結構對於光特性的改變也有所不同。介電材料鍍銀時,無論是否有結構,在入射光為TE mode模式下,穿透率皆隨著波長增加而下降。當入射光改以TM mode模式模擬時,穿透率不再只是隨著波長增加而下降,穿透率變成有濾波功能,近似一濾波器。且以Sinusoidal結構最為特殊,該結構使得可見光波段穿透率佳,近紅外光波段則大幅反射。

The supplementary structures of dielectric materials are simulated with silver coating. In our simulation, when dielectric materials are silver coated, the transmission efficiency of TE mode incoming ray would descend with the increase of wavelength despite the structure. Moreover, different structures show almost the same downward trend. If the incoming ray is TM wave, the transmission efficiency will no longer decrease when we increase the wavelength; the structured materials with silver coating function like a filter and certain wave bands of light would be reflected. Finally, we find that the sinusoidal structure has most special result. It can make visible light pass and infrared light reflect.
